The Discovery Process

One of Wyn’s Directors will work closely with your finance / procurement / IT leadership to discover opportunities for additional software savings. Together, we will:
Review your current software portfolio
Identify key vendors where Wyn can help you save the most money
Select which renewals or new purchases to prioritize for assistance
Highlight contracts that could be reopened for in-year savings
It’s important to note that Wyn doesn’t remove any licenses or software you are already using. Our focus is solely on discovering areas where we can save you money.
Signing Your Terms With Wyn: Ensuring Money Saved
If you want to engage Wyn on some (or all) of your upcoming software transactions, you’ll sign an agreement with Wyn, which specifies the statement of work, fee structure, payment terms, confidentiality and other key contractual clauses. You then get introduced to your Account Manager, who will be your main point of contact at Wyn and coordinate directly with Wyn’s vendor experts to implement each negotiation strategy.
Building the Negotiation Strategy

When a renewal or new software purchase approaches, you provide Wyn with your current contract, latest vendor proposal and any prior negotiation history.
Wyn then engages with your product owner to get a full understanding of how the software is used at your organization, as well as your experience, relationship and future plans with the vendor.
